So I play this game just about everyday for an hour or two, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer, and I really enjoy this game. I love that the developer listens to their fans and makes changes based on fairness (or at least attempts to) because that is truly revolutionary in this day and age. It seems like a reoccurring theme though that they nerf and buff guns every month or so based on how many people complain about it, which makes it difficult because different weapons are always the current "meta." There will never be a time where they fix something that EVERYONE will be happy with, so listening to their fans can be a little difficult on their part since they're getting pulled in so many directions. I keep seeing posts about people threatening to leave or leaving altogether and it kinda bums me out. If you truly enjoy this game, you have to realize there will always be issues you have to work through and while Bungie does shoot itself in the foot sometimes (refer-a-friend was probably the most greedy business thing they could've done at a time where they're not releasing content and are losing customers/players to other games), they do try to balance weapons as much as possible. I understand this post may get some hate being that it's on a public internet forum, but let me know if ya'll agree with where I'm coming from: I like playing this game, but Bungie needs to provide some incentive to keep us coming back for more, and maybe lay off balancing weapons for a bit.

I love/hate this game. I was basically a Destiny zombie, 4 - 6 hours a day until I started reading the forums about a month before TTK.
