Day One's might relate

I've been playing Destiny since day one I've convinced a few friends to play this game not for rewards, but so I could play a great game with my friends. Now Bungie decides to come out with refer a friend, but why now? Why would I refer a friend to a game that doesn't have much content? Had the program been released as the taken king dropped I would understand it. But doing it during the holiday season while other games are dropping I know I will not be referring anymore friends to Destiny until I can grind for more content Before commenting if any, please look at the title of my post it says day one so most people in this community might not agree with me, but most people in the community haven't played since the launch. So if you haven't refrain from making absurd comments on what you know nothing about. I've seen people try and criticize other day one players in wanting rewards for staying loyal. I see nothing wrong with that yet those who picked up the game two months ago would. But its true Destiny cares more about their money than their fan base and this program they've added is support. Once again Destiny is pushing further away from day one guardians while still giving the exclusives to new people that join. I'm not mad that new people get exclusives, what confuses me is that the newbies can get exclusives and guns that I have in about a month or two. Will there ever be an exclusive for day one Or for players to obtain once they reach a certain light? Well I'm finished venting I pray someone from bungie takes a peak at this and feels some type of way for leaving the OG guardians out. They probably won't but its good to dream.
