I have been trying to get any of the 3 poe exotics. I've been doing poe 35 and 34 alot But It seems as if none of the are dropping. I heard that you get them from the end reward chest or from a legacy engram but still none have appeared. Is there still a elder cipher or is it true that those weapons drop from the chests and engrams?
