Stuck in the vault

Over the last week I am getting stuck in the vault screens in the tower. It won't back out. This doesn't happen every time ,usually about 3x a night or so. When this happens I have to close the entire application on PS4 and login again.

Tried all that on PS4 and only way to get out I've found is to close the application and start over. Thanks
