Microsoft is taking a big step forward in xbox by implementing backward compatibility for last gen games. This means anyone who previously had a game on last gen can play it on next gen (if its on the list). Speak in of this list, destiny is currently not on there. I recently got an xbox one and I want to play destiny on it. Destiny is on the seventh page of the voting forum and only has just over 8397 votes. I highly doubt destiny is going to get backward compatibility if you guys don't help me and the rest of us who need this.
Destiny may not be a game meant for xbox, but I have spent so much time and money and effort into this super fun and awesome game. I really hope some people could listen and help out by voting.

I'd quite like this, I've bought destiny twice, originally on 360 and a few weeks ago on my PS4, would be cool to play it with all my X1 chums without having to buy the same game for the third time..

I've moved this into the Feedback section for you. That said, please understand the following: 1. Backwards compatibility done by Xbox is only for games that aren't on the Xbox One. Destiny is. 2. Even if backwards compatibility brought over Destiny for the Xbox 360, you still be playing on the 360's serves with the 360's graphics and so on.

I downloaded it on the play store for 369 and got it for free on Xbox one

Destiny was never a "last gen game". It was released on Xbox one and had a legacy release on Xbox 360. It was meant for xbone from the beginning. The fact that they ported it to last gen consoles was a huge plus to those who didn't want to upgrade consoles at the time of release. That being said, to me, they've already gone above and beyond. Secondly, backwards compatibility is for games that were never released on xbone. So you can play your favorites from yesteryear. It was never intended or specified that current gen games would ever be a part of the catalog.

buy it on xbone if you want it on xbone

Destiny isn't going to get backwards compatibility for one reason. Why would activision allow this when they can charge you $60 for a new copy for the Xbox one.

lol, get a job.

Please move this to #destiny
