Companion App Issue

I have noticed that since the update, I have not been able to load my character info or anything it just says Tap to Retry. I am using the iPhone BTW. I tried logging out and back in again as well as closing the app completely and restarting. This has been like this since the server downtime yesterday.

  • Oh, I think I know what the issue is. Because I have both platforms enabled, whenever I am on Xbox playing my new Titan, I tried to login using my PSN account but the data trying to be accessed is through a different network. It may be coincidental that when I logged into the app using my Microsoft account, my Xbox Titan is available to me.
