Any good sniper...
That doesn't requiere RNG on your side to get? I am stuck with my still piercer, and I really would like to play on my warlock but I hate using 1000 yard stare

Dead orbits extrasolar is good, but not with the perks that come with it from the vendor. Rank up the faction and hope for luck - less rng than the crucible or vanguard rank ups...
