Does anyone know where the name "Dinklebot" actually originated?

Ryan Hayward of Achievement Hunter! In one of their first Destiny videos, I think maybe even during the beta, Ryan calls ghost Dinklebot. I love that such a brief moment from one of my favourite YouTube channels has sparked the widespread use of the term of endearment. Dinklebot is dead. Long live Dinklebot!

  • its not much to figure out. Peter Dinklage did the original voice for the ghost....which sounds somewhat like a robot/automated voice so robotic sounding voice done by Peter Dinklage= "Dinklebot" as a side note, I HATE the new voice. Long live Dinklebot!!!! We would still have him as the voice if he weren't so damn busy and in demand. Bungie said they wanted someone that would be available to add or change things as needed and Dinklage just was not available most of the time due to his popularity. Game of Thrones alone has to eat a lot of his time
