(There is a TL;DR for those who prefer a short read towards the bottom.) So, I've been saying this for a while now, and I've been thinking that I should make my own thread to get this going. Now, some of the new stuff is cool don't get me wrong, but I've seen some pretty badass looking browns and blues, be it armor pieces, helmets, and especially class items... Now, not only have the new class items basically become static in color, (That needs to change. An arctic camo cloak is ridiculous and doesn't even match the Arctic shader.) but we've also pretty much just been confined to the new legendaries now, which is basically Vanguard/Crucible gear, and the Raid gear. What about my cool Iron Banner gear? Or that awesome uncommon I unlocked in my last mission? Or maybe my Warlock's Deathsinger's Mantle. Looks cool but the stats suck... What I think we should have is - not transmog - but a Styles tab, like how we have our shaders. We'll have a new Collections kyosk that will hold every appearance of armor we've unlocked sorted out by rarity, and the pages will sort by DLC, then you can just pick your favorites to stow in your inventory, and voila! You're now wearing a brand new Raid Gear piece of armor, but all you and everyone else see is that awesome Crucible rare chest piece that you only got to wear for five minutes before it get obsolete! [b]TL;DR[/b]; Give us new Styles tabs for aesthetics to wear our favorite armor appearances, but keep the stats of our best armors, and have them all in a neat little Collections kyosk in the tower! Edit; Hrm... And I'm just going to leave it here that we should remove the stats from Ghosts and leave them purely cosmetic... There are some weird looking Ghosts I'd rather not be forced to use. I'd quite like to be able to show off my Frontier Shell that I paid into Collector's Edition for. Edit 2; Would love it if all the armor or class items we've ever received, regardless of if we equipped or deleted it or not, were all counted for this and put into the Kyosk collection so we don't have to try to find anything again. Or at least being able to buy styles from Eva. That'd be cool too!
