Check Your Ego [EGO] :: Group Guidelines

Welcome to Check Your Ego [EGO], a clan that is for mature players that are looking to complete content in every area of Destiny. [EGO] is open for anyone who is looking to complete endgame content and goals upon reaching level 40 and is looking to do so in a social, team-based environment. Feel free to find us in the PS4 community groups! As the mission statement says, the primary goal for this clan is to provide a mature, social environment for players that are looking to complete any content upon reaching level 40. The group is open for anyone willing to join and socialize with these ideals in mind. However, in-game clan membership is available upon review/good word of members already in the clan. The following guidelines are guidelines. This does not mean they are strictly enforced or 100% required, but they should be taken into account when socializing or interacting with members of the group either on the group wall, forum, or interacting directly in-game with other members. Community Group Guidelines :-: Mature Attitude :-: Willing to Communicate :-: Patience towards other Members :-: Voice Chat Required Now what do these mean... :-: Mature Attitude While one of the goals is to provide a mature environment, this does not mean that harmless shenanigans and all fun is thrown out the window - bring your best! But when time comes, members are required to be able to read/hear signs that it is time to put the jokes on hold and focus on the task at hand in a respectful and mature way. :-: Willing to Communicate While you don't have to be talking non-stop or always having something to say, you should be willing to communicate in the group socially. Communication is also extremely necessary in team tactics or strategies, such as Crucible playlist Trials of Osiris or Iron Banner. It also becomes necessary when attempting new or harder raid segments. :-: Patience towards other Members Patience is a virtue - while there can be some members that do not sit well with you, it is important to respect them enough to be patient when socializing or interacting with them. Do so respectfully, and whatever the outcome you should know you did the best you could. :-: Voice Chat Required While voice chat isn't truly required for Destiny, there are certain times where communication is necessary - such as Crucible playlist Trials of Osiris or Iron Banner. It also becomes necessary when attempting new or harder raid segments. Not having a mic to allow for quick and precise communication may exclude you from invitations to these certain group events.
