Ok what you will see here is a video from my ps4, i looked at the weapons i was offered and cycled through them. I had just redeemed the current Lyudmila, in fact now that i think about it i have no idea why the PS4share clip started at that exact moment, it should go farther back as there should always be a 15 minute buffer, but anyway so i bought that and cycled past the current offers to place my order for next weeks Lyudmila and when i did that i ran off and realized wait i'm not done so i went back but the "your order is ready" screen won't come up anymore...it shows my weapon orders in my inventory but i can't redeem them. so i pull up my inventory eventually and notice theres an "X" next to the "Square to discard" and all i can think is maybe that triggers the redeem screen...WRONG, that insta-discards the order, no holding it down or nothing. of course now i see thats mentioned in the FAQ but why does that even exist, and more importantly how do i get the orders back up before reset, i want this weeks roll of certain weapons. Its so close to reset i imagine i am screwed here, but people always say "why didn't you post in the forums Bungie employees actually are in there and help" so i figured i would try. I tried switching characters and going back, no luck. Lastly, what is the best way to seek customer service in a case like this, should i be calling a support number or?
