Weird bug, but occasionally when inspecting my characters in the Tower, the model will become approximately 50 times larger than normal, and I'll only be able to see one very large foot. I can rotate the model like usual and exiting and re-entering the menus often fixes it but sometimes it happens out of nowhere. Attached is a video of the bug in action. Hope this helps.
