A better vault setup.
The current vault setup is too restrictive. While the optimal solution (in my opinion) would be to add more pages to each section, another way of creating more vault space would be to add a section for ghosts, class items, and cosmetics. That way the Festival of the Lost masks could be stored in the cosmetics section instead of the armor section.

Bump. A cosmetic kiosk would be great, especially with all the SRL gear out there now. By the way Bungie, dick move with giving us a horn section in the sparrow kiosk, but not applying any of our purchased legendary horns to it. You're really punishing players who are literally "throwing money at the screen."

1 ReplyGet the "Destiny Item Manager" Chrome extension - you have to play with a computer next to you, which is absurd, but it drastically improves the way items are managed, filtered, and swapped. Word on the street is that Bungie is developing their own web-based item management system similar to this through Bungie.net. Once again, changes within the game would be ideal, but a web solution is quick and easy to implement, and I guess will have to do until Bungie gets the time and money to spend on improving the vault. This doesn't change the fact that the vault system needs to be overhauled, organized, and expanded. Bungie, you can't say you've fixed the problem by adding 36 spaces to the vault, then immediately adding 60 or so new collectable items to the game. If you're worried this this is catering to a small subset of "collectors," make them pay for it. I'd gladly drop some silver for vault space, though I personally think, in the spirit of the game, that it should have been there all along.
