Sometimes these are intermittent and just happen once, or for a short period of time due to the network conditions between you, Bungie, and other players. Other times it can be related to your home network, other devises connected to your network, or the connection with your ISP. If you do contact your ISP, please keep in mind that your signal levels change while playing Destiny. For your ISP to get the most accurate analysis of your connection, have them run their troubleshooting checks while you are playing Destiny.
