Iron banner and trials gear should be at base 300
It's not max it's the lowest form of a raid drop number you can get plus it makes it seem worth the small grind for it. It doesn't devalue raid gear this way and gives us a moderately small incentive to grind for it.
Edit:
Iron Banner should be 300 because in PvP its equivalent to the easy raid in my opinion. Its easy everyone can get it with enough grind.
Trials of Osiris with each win should drop 310 gear with a flawless dropping 320 because it is the hard raid equivalent in PvP.
To Hardcore raiders. I am one of you I raid all the damn time, but I also enjoy a challenge in PvP. Trials should be rewarding but so should iron banner at the proper levels. You nor I should have to sacrifice a crap ton of raid gear to max out trails or iron banner gear. Especially Trials of Osiris.

If IB ever did it would have to be 300 only, no higher, and you should have to be rank 5. It should not drop in the playlist because any bum can just play IB and reap rewards. Same with Trials. You should only get high level gear much like the last one after 5 wins. Nothing should drop in the playlist that good. You could then buy an armor piece. The highest level stuff should come only from Lighthouse and it should be the same pain as the raid. Double rolled as to which item you get and weather you get low end 310 or high end 320. It's a double edge sword either way. I don't want handouts so that everyone can be max without putting in the time and conquering end game content. Remember how pissed we all were in yr1 when any scrub would get one light level away from max buying it from various sources and we had a bunch of fake max levels that had no idea how to do end game content. But on the other hand why should people be held back by RNG like they are now? There is no perfect solution but handouts is not the answer.

Nope they want you to infuse infuse infuse, which means grind for your now nerfed motes of light and make sure to be getting you legendary marks. Now cross your fingers that you actually get something that you can actually use to infuse.

I agree. Also, raid gear should drop at 310/320 and not this intermittent crap that drops.

I agree 100%. There should be other ways to get to max level besides just the raid. I love raising but it's not fair to people that can't get into a raid.

In the past IB did give highest lvl gear, but remember, each time the lvl was raised it took one or two IB's before they raised the light levels. Hopefully it will be done for the next IB. Not playing it otherwise.

Banner always starts lower at the start. As the expansion goes on it raises this isn't new

I agree with you. IB gear should be at least 300 base with drops being higher if you're already higher light level. They made it that way before to give everyone an equal chance of getting to top level. Now it seems they've gone backwards. Everyone should be given an equal chance of getting end light level no matter whether it be pvp or pve. Otherwise what's the point in having pvp at all in this game. If all end level gear is pve based, having pvp makes no sense.

I agree to a point. Since we can only get one armor(gee thanks bungie ya -blam!-s) piece, i would say that it should be based on your light level: your at 294, then you should be able to get anywhere from there to slightly near 300.

1 ReplyIB vendor gear shouldn't be any higher than 280.you can get to rank 5 easily just doing these easy bounties everyday and you don't even have to win.IB has the potential to reward up to 310 in-game.I know because I saw someone get the side arm at 302
