For All the Secrecy and Hype; The Sleeper Simulant sure is underwhelming.....
It Says the Laser "tears through enemies and ricochets once on hard surfaces" then the Ikelos perk says "Upgrades Laser to allow for multiple ricochets on hard surfaces."
Used it on a Tethered Al'lakhul the Darkblade. Never saw the beam bounce off the wall behind him and hit the adds. Can't even one shot a solar shield Wizard if you're to far away.
The Perks aren't bad. but they could be better.

There is a vid up on YouTube today of it being used in Raids, took down Atheon in 12 seconds, Skolas? - didn't last 30 seconds, 6 Sleepers in Kingsfall made quick work of Warpriest......I think it's underestimated by many

T3 Court of Oryx, with a Ogre's fury stack, it crits for about 140k damage.. Allowing me to single handedly down the gigantic Ogre by myself. If that is underwhelming.... Then what is "stellar" supposed to look like.

1 ReplyYeah I think everyone made the mistake of thinking this is gjally 2 since they too a. Few weeks to release it. But honestly it's just like most exotics. Good in certain situations, does some good damage, but underwhelming at times. And with this particular gun I'd say the worst thing about it is the ammo. If it had more ammo I wouldn't be bothered as much by the lackuster perks
