I finally got my hands on the quest for the sleeper simulant. The numbers in the prometheon code are a message, that contains the way to earn the sleeper simulant. I decoded the prometheon code and came to this message: "Down the caves on the planet that we live, you shall find what used to belong to me. No ballet, no music, but something similar to this" I got the beginning of the quest after i did the prometheon code mission, you had to get to the omnigul room where the music is playing. You have to use a pocket infinity on the main computer of rasputing. After that you will hear a loud noice. You will get the message: mission complete and you will return to orbit.
