No Time to Explain
So, the No Time to Explain is another exotic in TTK that no one has been able to find. As of today, turning in all four Rasputin weapons unlocks the first part of the Sleeper Stimulant quest line.
Who's to say that ghost shell won't start the quest line for No Time to Explain?

Was reading somewhere that people were getting the Sleeper Stimulant quest w/o turning in 4 Davilin artifacts. Anyway, it would be cool if No Time To Explain was related to the ghost from yesterday.

I agree I want this gun badly but it seems you need to be pledged to FWC and get the ghost but that's all that I have come up with so far
