Could Eris possibly be telling her "Queen" that preparations are in order, but her queen is really Oryx, and the preparations are her preparing the Touch of Malice?
Edit: everyone getting mad are taking this way too seriously. It's literally just an idea I had while reading the books about Oryx using the Kings morph.

14 RepliesEris worked along side Mara. Which is why Mara says "Guide them my Hidden friend" Eris was part of Ikora's Hidden branch of warlocks. Eris was talking to Mara because I don't think Eris knows of the pact Oryx made with the Worms when he was a woman
