Iron Banner SHOULDNT Require Marks...
Who agrees that changing LORD SALADIN****lol (Had to edit my bad folks) accepted currency from glimmer to marks is a terrible idea? Or no... And for those who are like to be smartasses and say learn to read the update they said drops increase* Uhhhh we've heard this before and it's not always true, for example raid drops increasing, nightfall drops, ect. In my experience RNG is still just that, luck, which there's definitely a thing called bad luck in regards to drops haha.

That was the trade, as I understood it. Good gear for glimmer, but you have to level the faction rep first. If you have to level and it costs marks, it better be less than 50 marks per item. If it's still 75 and up for gear like from vendors, everyone's going to be mad. EDIT: Did people seriously give you shit for calling him Lord Saladbar? ..That's what everyone calls him, though. That and Lord Saladass.

They tell us stuff to keep us complacent. They tell us what we want to hear Bungie: "We dont want u to wake up one day to find ur favorite gear useless" R.I.P all year 1 guns Bungie: "We want to take some of the randomness out of the reward system" R.I.P reforging and tons of other things Bungie: "We dont want people getting duplicate rewards" Lot of good these 5 year 2 nighthawks are doing on my Warlock Bungie says a lot of things. If it was anything like the last Iron Banner of Year 1, and Efrideets Spear, Radagast's Fury and Timur's Lash were dropping as post-game rewards.. I will still be ecstatic.

Did they increase drops for post-game Legendary marks rewarded? Like.. 10-15 a game? If so, I have nothing to gripe about personally.

Why are people saying marks are hard to get, they were when you first started so you could buy vendor gear. But now you have exotics and raid and 299 rare gear you don't need em anymore, there is even a playlist that gives you 10 marks for winning and it's mayhem this week. You get a daily crucible and missions every day, each one rewarding 15 marks. One day you can get 30, now add all the ones you get for dismantling unwanted legendaries and that can easily make 46, now add a few wins from that playlist and that's 70 a day. Even if you buy something from Saladin day one you have more than enough time to get marks back. Plus you know this mark information from the weekly right, well you will also know that Saladin isn't a vital source of iron banner gear.

Just when I thought legendary marks couldn't possibly be anymore annoying.. I love how we were told we could earn unlimited per week with no cap, but then they put a cap after your 3rd heroic strike for the week. It's garbage how many more marks we could earn before TTK. We should NOT have to rely on this horribly broken RNG to be rewarded.

the intended main source for Iron Banner gear is drops after matches. if you don't get what you were hoping for, lord salty is a 2nd option. plus bounties give marks.

I think it should be a mixture or glimmer and legendary marks. Like some gear requires one and others require the other.
