Pre-Order Bonuses aren't working anymore
i cannot equip my SUROS Minimalist shader nor my SUROS FIRE emblem, saying "requires preorder exclusive". what has happened?

I'm having the same problem. The shader and emblem were both equipped but not showing. I tried re-selecting them but nothing happens. Still in my inventory though

Also having this issue, as is my roommate. Everything is installed and licenses are good.
