Trying to pre-order Taken King but having problems.

I'm trying to pre-order the taken king on xbox 360 and I have all previous expansion packs purchased. I've attempted to pre-order the digital download but my region isn't listed on the Bungie website, nor is the digital download listed on the Xbox website. Is it possible to buy a physical copy independent of the previous expansions? what can I do?

You can't preorder it on 360 for some reason so you'll have to buy it September 15 and also purchasing it day 1 still grants you the suros pack
