[b]Our group here is fairly new and we're having a bit of trouble. Sorry if this is already posted and I missed it. We were able to set up a playstation clan easily, but when we try to set up the Xbox clan we get this message:[/b] "You need to have an active and linked account for the given Platform to perform this operation." [b]Our group leader has an xbox account and signed in with it when trying to enable the Xbox Clan, and still it says this. She says she posted somewhere the device serial number on the back of the xbox, and still nothing. Can anyone tell us how to fix this error please?[/b]
