Hello and welcome Guardians! This is your friendly neighborhood AnonPig, slightly late with news as always, but look closely!
Here we see footage of the Court of Oryx, in this one lucky (unlucky?) Guardian sacrifices a "totem" to summon a boss, and what appears? Krughor (the massive ogre, duh) BUT I SAID LOOK CLOSELY! Notice the orange public event bar? It has four names, one of them being Krughor, the others Alzok Däl Gornuk Däl and Zyrok Däl
A massive four way battle where camping and cheesing aren't an option?
My body is ready
I know this is a public event. But I swear they said the Court of Oryx summoned raid bosses.
Seems I was wrong about the raid boss thing, ah well.
-
The three wizards are considered one, I believe. You have to kill them all at around the same time.
-
Was excited, thought it said "food court of oryx" now disappointed
-
those triplet däl is count as 1 encounter.... thats the one who we should kill simultaneously
-
They said level 3 is raid tier difficulty.
-
You're not entirely wrong about raid bosses. There are 3 tiers to the Court of Oryx yes? Tier 1 is just one boss encounter, Tier 2 is 2 boss encounters at the same time, and Tier 3? Tier 3 is slated to have 'raid difficulty bosses'. That's probably where you got raid bosses from
-
Technically, that's two. The three wizards are one boss
-
Freddy Krughor!
-
2 bosses. The 3 wizards count as a single boss. This is a tier 2 fight. A raid style boss could be tier 3 but they didnt show us tier 3.
-
Um isn't that two bosses. The Zal are the wizards (there are three that act as a single boss battle) and the Krughor is the other boss. In fact in that scenario you would simply eliminate some wizards to give you breathing room (they revive if not all killed within a few seconds of eachother but, have a time out period) and kill the ogre who needs to be hit with the exploding thralls.
-
Anon Randal and that Hive guy that visits with the warsat would beg to differ. If you have three shielded buffed wizards and an ogre that moves like a knight...that's boss caliber.

-
Shut up we will find out in half an hour

Anon, thought you might appreciate this. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/destiny-techeun

i gotta ask anon pig but what system are you on? heres to hoping its 360
-
Once you defeat the highest difficulty, a trap door should open up (not accessible to open world) exposing a cave that leads to a secret pve mission.
-
I think they said something more like raid caliber encounters
-
They said the more "upgraded" runes, and the more of them you sacrifice, the better the rewards, and the harder the challenge.
-
I wish there was a boss who, at low health would morph into a bigger better version of himself. Maybe growing a limb or two and having completely different fight mechanics. That way it would throw you off.
-
They said the more things you turn in to start the encounter the harder you get. They can reach raid level. There is one battle with two enemies that are immune unless you get them to stand by each other.

My body is not ready :-o
-
Waiting patiently for my chance to shoot Oryxbosses
-
I would guess that from the Edge Article that this is the 3 wizards boss, but who knows what other mechanics are in there. Maybe a bullet sponge just for laughs, cause ghorn gets nerfed. Maybe you have to throw glimmer at the ogre to spawn the wizards, then pay them 125 legendary marks to fight them.
-
My guess is the bosses come in sequence, one at a time.
