Why?
Lets agree that the fact that when you play in the crucible or mission or whatnot, the lowest player gets the legendary, and you, got 1st place get two osiris coins is crap. Why?

RNG is only half the equation. Players who go negative still have the superior chance at good drops. Why? Some would say it's to give some positive reinforcement to players who legitimately aren't very good. Others would say it only encourages people to not try at all. Either way, it's broken.
