IMPOSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD THE TAKEN KING ON XBOX 360!

Ive tried everywhere. Gamestop wont let me pre order because there just not selling it yet. And the xbox store only lets me pre order the xbox one version. WHAT THE HECK! Its not fair. Why am i not allowed to get the content i deserve?
