How to transfer 360 data to Xbox one?
I will be transitioning from the 360 soon to the Xbox one. Is there any steps that need to be taken?

Hi, As long as you log in using the same Xbox live account all your characters, items and profess will transfer with you. You can use the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12122]Destiny Digital Upgrade Program[/url] to transfer your TDB and HoW DLC's for free as well. [b]TTK will not transfer this way however. [/b]

First and foremost, just make sure you're signed into the same Microsoft account you always use, since that's your key into everything you already own. Doing so will transfer your character data and progress, which is tied to your account and can be shared between consoles in the same family. As for your DLC, if you own TDB & HoW, they're subject to a digital-upgrade on your One. This means you can reinstall them for free, but you will still need to purchase the new version of the base game, of course. https://www.bungie.net/en/help/article/12122
