elder cipher
didn't get my elder cipher after completing prison of elder level 34 and i thought you r suppose to get after level 34 or 35 right?

No it doesn't it's not a 100% chance don't expect it to just drop

Elder cipher almost always drops on PoE 35

3 RepliesI don't think elder cipher is a guarantee. I have completed 34 PoE a couple of times with no elder cipher. I believe it is a random loot drop like the exotic bounties you get from Xander 99-40.
