My previous Xbox account has been perma-banned from Xbox LIVE, but cannot access my Bungie Account

I have a group that I founded (Big Boss) but no longer have access to the Bungie account I made several years ago since it was linked to an Xbox LIVE profile. The account is now permanently banned from Xbox Live from the Microsoft side. Is there a way to move the "Founder" of the group to this account? Thankfully, I promoted this account to an admin before it was banned. I want to create and accept Alliances for Destiny, but it seems only the founder can do that. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Once an Xbox or PSN account is banned from their respective online services, the Bungie account that has the banned account associated with it will be locked until the ban lifts. For you, your Bungie account will likely never be accessible for you because of this permaban you have received. I'm sorry but there is nothing you can do to log back into your account, it's locked down until Microsoft lifts the ban or it will be locked down indefinitely. Also no. Once a founder leaves a group, a random admin will be promoted for Founder. It may not be you who becomes Founder and the only way to leave the group is to log onto that account and leave it which you cannot do.
