Im 15 year that is scared of the dark i need help getting over the fear. So ive been scared of it for my whole life idk why im scared of it i tell my self that there is noting wrong with darkness and to stop being a pussy but when i try to face it i just get scared again and go into the light. For example: i wake up in the middle of the night i try to go back to sleep but im thirsty as hell so i walk out of my room to go to the kitchen get some water but i look down the stairs and its dark as -blam!- so im like -blam!- it and force my self back to sleep. Give me advice on how to get over. And i know....that....im a pussy
