Exotic armour buff suggestions - Titans

While there are plenty of badass exotics out there, we are well aware that some of them genuinely suck. Weapons are a trickier issue so this thread will focus on dealing with lackluster pieces of exotic armour. In this thread i'll be dealing with titan exotics, lets get right to it! The issue is in PVE, they just don't do enough damage to warrant using them, they don't even kill thralls or shanks that are a level below you. [b]Buff[/b] - Simple really, just buff the damage in pve, I'd say just enough to kill a thrall your level in one hit.   • I hate that I feel like the ACD/0 Feedback Fence doesn't always trigger in Crucible. I find it always occurs when I get punched and punch someone at the same time. That moment when you connect fists and both your shields are down. It should have gone off and killed them but I didn't even hear the pulse of arc. I just figure not to punch first and let the feedback fence do its job.
