Transmog has been on the Community Wish List for ages. It is still -as far as we can tell so far- no closer to being implemented in game. We know there won't be any reason to use our old armor in new content, however judging from the Stream and past raid/PoE sets, the armor coming in TTK looks -IMO the faction gear was ugly- or likely looks worse than our old gear. I want to be able to appear as though I'm wearing my Iron Regalia or Trials set on my Warlock for the extent of Destiny. The same is true for my Hunter and Titan. We are once again going to all look the same come TTK. HoW increased the variety of armor worn in endgame content drastically. It's refreshing to see players proudly wearing their Vanilla faction and vendor armor they decided was worth keeping around. I've seen plenty of players in their Queen' Wrath armor that I wish I had. Ascension has and Transmog would increase individuality amongst players, which is just another way of making our "legend" in the way we'd like. Setting aside the issue of leaving behind certain exotics, we need to have a Transmog system implemented with TTK. At least let us appear as we would like in new content, even if we can't continue to use the same armor and achieve the highest defensive ratings. Transmog would do wonders for the players upset at leaving behind their year one gear. It would make year one players feel like they can continue to show off their achievements in a way that no VIP reward ever will. PLEASE ADD TRANSMOG TO TTK, BUNGIE. Now is the time. The Community Wishlist shouldn't just be a catalog of pipe dreams, but something Devs draw from to enhance the players' experiences.
