I need serious help.

Im constantly getting baboons and weasels. I need assistance. Ive called the provider and everything its excellent. You guys claim its on my end but i promise you its not. Is there anything i can do? Its only been this bad this week (dont get me wrong its horrible how often this happens) i cant even go one match of clash without being disconnected. Have comcast xfinity fibre. Wired connection and open NAt type. Help!!

    • Hi Mike, I'm sorry that the information I gave you in our previous conversation didn't resolve this issue for you. At this time we are not aware of any issues with our services that would be preventing players from staying connected. If you are using a combo modem/router, and are experiencing frequent disconnects from Destiny, you may be able to resolve your problems by disabling the router functions on your modem and connecting a separate consumer router. This is commonly referred to as “Bridge” mode, but may also be called “NAT Disabled” mode. Refer to your modem’s user manual or contact your ISP for more help If this isn't an option for you, you may want to consider requesting that your ISP exchange your modem for a different model.
