So this raid team is level 28-29s (Two 32s, me and one other guy), and they do VoG. They lost their 6th member, because he called them terrible and left (Apparently). I joined because I was friends with one and she asked me. Once, we lost Atheon 3x in a row, because they won't get in my bubble, so we just call it a day and leave. I switch to my warlock so I can go grind patrol for the little bit of rep I need for vanguard rank 2. One of them joins me before I set the destination, the one that invited me (She isn't the leader). So I'm about to go and the countdown begins, but she keeps resetting it to 5 seconds. She did this for about a minute and wouldn't stop, so I kicked her, went to patrol, got my rank 2, and went to bed. Next day, we were joining up for another attempt, but then all of a sudden the one I kicked said I had said offensive things to her. We hadn't even been in a party. I never talk, but I could hear them because I was in the party. I could hear them talking rude things about me, then I recieved a message from the leader telling me what I had done. They were all girls, except 1 other. Then the leader sent me a "haha lol" and I was kicked. I was still in the party, not talking, but hearing. The male one obviously knew that she was lying, and he left. He was also 32, and him and I were the only reason that their group could damage Atheon (We knew how to do shield, had gjallahorn, and how to do it better than them). He messaged me sorry, and all that, and invited me to his group. So, today, I killed Crota. He kicked some people off the team and let me join at the end, and even let me hold the sword. I killed Crota, and got Light of the abyss, crota's end, crytographic and radiant materials. And because that member of the other team lied, her raid group lost 2 of their best people and will probably never do a raid. I just checked they still haven't done Atheon, and the clan is gone. Edit: For those of you saying I haven't done the raid, if you are on xbox you can look me up, I got the raider achievment yesterday. My weapon is also equipped on my warlock Edit 2: Just came back. Seriously?! I'm sharing a story, do you guys have to go through my grimoire and shaders on my characters? If you must, I'll be specific. He messaged me to join, and I replied its full. He said OK join now, and he had 3 people. I joined making it 4, and spawned as that ghost thing when you die. One of them came down to revive me. I know an OK amount about Atheon, but nothing about Crota. So when a yellow bar swordsomething came out, I ran away. They engulfed him in grenades and a few shotgun shells. I picked up the sword, because I had used the blade of crota sword. Crota was engulfed in gjallahorns, and kneeled down. I wasn't sure on what to do, but he was kneeling, meaning no melee, so I went up and spammed RB. Then he got up, I ran, sword vanishes, then I get message telling me to use RT with sword on him when he kneels. sword guy omes out, gets killed, I take sword, and hit him. One sword later, he dies.
