You find a girl with your perfect expectations passed out on the streets
You find her passed out alone with nobody nearby to ever know what you did.
What would you do? You know that she is alive due to her pulse still going. Would you let your temptation overcome you? Would you take her home and care for her without doing anything tempting to her also knowing you have a head start to build a relationship due to you saving her so you two could become affectionate for each other? Or would you just leave her there? And no she is unconscious so she wouldn't wake up soon
Personally I'd help her personally first until she regains consciousness, take her to a hospital only if she agrees since she might rather not go, and try creating a bond with her knowing if it goes well it'd be the better option. If I hadn't done anything to help her or if I did anything to her I'd regret it in the future knowing I past a once in a lifetime possibility

I'm not a doctor so I'd call an ambulance or take her to a hospital. Same thing I'd do for anyone in that situation.

All of you saying that she can't be perfect if she's passed out in the streets... are dumb. She could've been knocked out, robbed, shot, stabbed, or there are many other possibilities of why she could be in passed out in the streets.
