So I've no idea how this is gonna be implemented but the Outfitter vendor is now keeping a record of all the shaders in the game. You can repurchase any you had and dismantled, pretty neat. But BIG [b]F[/b]UCKING BUT! They also mention the shaders you haven't come across yet. Example: Arctic Proxy. You've never had it but want it b The outfitter will apparently inform you on how to obtain it. I can imagine it's literally gonna be zero help at all. Arctic Proxy - Keep doing strikes :D.
