Canary why?

Please can you look into this issue as I've tried everything to fix it and still cannot play for more than ten minutes before being disconnected all my other devices are fine just destiny. Destiny worked fine on my Xbox 360 before I upgraded. Details Gamer tag: Ehanho24 Console: Xbox one Router: virgin media superhub 2 NAT type: open Upnp: enabled Connection: wireless Speed: 50mbs Ghtz: 5G and 2.4G Please reply letting me know any tips that may help just want to play the game again Thank you 😀 Edit: Just went into virgin media superhub2 settings and went to advanced settings wireless radio and changed the 5ghtz from up to 144mbs ( performance) to 54mbs (compatiblility) and it works fine thanks to those that replied 😀

  • I have the same modem mate. This happens to me. I have gone back and forth between Xbox and virgin media and nobody seems to know. however if you watch YouTube for an hour or so. and then go to play it seems to work fine. I know its a pain in the ass but I don't know what other way there is to fix it without Bungie having a serious look into it I guess?
