I'm just looking for a little help. I have a linksys 1900ac router and I have tried manually opening ports and using upnp. However I'm still getting 100% packet loss on ping test. I have a bridged modem in front of my router and was wondering if it is a good idea to plug directly into that to see if I still have the same problem. I was just curious if someone might can shoot me some pointers.
