Many countries have better or worse Internet infrastructure, here in the UK there are "exchanges" where a server system provides Internet/fibre optic paid by a customers ISP to the surrounding area, like any working week (yes some of us can't spend all day on destiny) around 5pm people are coming home and the exchanges hit rate increases as everyone logs on to the net, this creates slower over all net speeds that's down and up speeds, up speeds effect gaming MORE 1Mbps is minimum more is better and you find less cases of pvp rage deaths like "that's bull I shot him a million times" with faster up speed. ISP's always have a "up to" speed because it's difficult to provide a constant speed and the speed your paying for say 10Mbps is only your down speed and the up speed is a fraction of what your down is because it puts more strain on the entire system in your region, only business accounts have 50/50 speeds so 10 down 10 up but there expensive to have. Your suggesting that I wait till around 10pm until playing destiny purely because my internet is less busy just so everyone else MIGHT have less cases of bull crap deaths. All these ignorant moronic people posting things like "get better net scrub" is just vile or suggesting they should be happy with there ban because of there net issues is like saying a disabled person shouldn't play destiny because there not abled bodied like other destiny players. If bungle had dedicated servers things would be better much better as currently it's p2p and that's why trials is full of cheaters because it's 3v3 and the connection between players is less confused unlike iron banner, this means attacking a particular IP address is easier and finding your own IP is as simple as hitting settings and checking (on xbox one)
