Unable to connect to psn

I can't play destiny. Every time I try to play I get the message "unable to connect to psn, please check network connection and psn status." Psn is fine, I have no issues with other games that require psn. I've also restored all licenses. It's just destiny that doesn't work. What's up?? Edit: I'm in Switzerland if that's relevant.

    Also in Switzerland (Zug) same issue. My ISP is Swisscom. I have FTTH their top package. Anyone with this issue not with Swisscom? I've thought of using VPN, but don't want to introduce lag and get banned. Edit :Went ahead and logged into my VPN to a US server. Logged in no problem. Calling Swisscom... My guess is their network shaping is causing our problems. Final edit: Did a factory reset of my router. Confirmed I'm now pulling a new IP address from Swisscom. Now able to play Destiny.
