New Weapon Tier- "CUSTOM" Tier

CUSTOM weapons are designed to be on-par with Exotics. For this reason, they, like exotics, cannot be equipped with another CUSTOM/ Exotic weapon. Icon Color: Red Creation Requirements: -gunsmith permit (exotic); acquired via tough stuff. Like Bounties n shit. -exotic shard -50 weapon parts -fully upgraded legendary -3,000 glimmer Creation Process: *overview* When you craft your CUSTOM-Tier weapon, you're essentially applying a second stat mod tree and a third main perk- the combination of this stat mod tree and perk theoretically equal an exotic perk. __________ Talk to the Gunsmith to Craft your CUSTOM __________ First you'll need to get that second stat mod tree- this is the tree that includes snapshot, high caliber rounds, etc. When you're making your CUSTOM, the stat mod select screen is a 3x3 grid. The first row is your options for the first stat mod. Pick one. The second row, options for the second equippable stat mod in the tree. And the third row, options for the third equippable stat mod in the tree. If you don't like your options, you can opt to pay another 500 glimmer and 3 weapon parts, and reroll all of the stat mods for this tree. this can be done multiple times. After this, you will get to select a final perk. Based on the weapon type, choose one of the allowed perks (eg Vacuum, or even Mulligan. Luck in the Chamber and Final Round cannot roll here.). Your weapon can have two of the same perk and they will stack. Then, apply a shader of choice. This shader can be changed at any time for a small fee in glimmer. And last, NAME your weapon! And give it its own description! Note that this info only shows up on your screen and your friends' screens. For example, you name your custom SWARM, the "XXX Beehive Buster". Those who are your friends will see that name. And whatever description (flavor text) you have written. For those who aren't your friends, they'll just see, for example, "The SWARM- CUSTOM", and the default flavor text. Notes: -Upgrading resets progression. -Customs can't be rerolled. -Customs are limited to one equipped weapon (&/or armor), and cannot be used with exotics. Essentially they are... Custom exotics. -Customs provide weapon parts and an exotic shard when dismantled, along with a telemetry for that type of weapon. So for Custom weapons, the creator's display screen would show: Icon: Red background, gun depicted in selected shader. Click on the icon to change the shader. Info: -Name: The user's chosen name replaces the default weapon name. Name cannot be revised after creation. So please no typos. -Flavor Text/ desc: The user's written flavor text appears here. Cannot be revised after creation. -Model Name: The name of the gun I used to be, in small text above the custom Name. On other peoples' screens, when inspecting, this is the name they see. They also see the standard flavor text. ---note: This would greatly increase sandbox size.
