Suggestions for BLACK HAMMER
Leave the perk - but change the amount of back up rounds to 9. Three in clip - six reserve.
Or change the time in between critical hits. Keep the ammo the same but make it slightly faster in terms if spacing in between critical hits.

Now leave it the f alone!!!!! You are killing (as in actually killing) the only seriously good dark below weapon.
