[POLL] Should faction shaders be buyable from vendors?
Im around rank 23 for New Monarchy, and still haven't gotten a single shader, meanwhile I'm also a rank 12-13 for my dead orbit characters. Some of my buddies got lucky and got their faction shaders at rank 8 or even lower. I'm not complaining here, I just want everyone to be able to be outfitted with their favorite faction shaders that they work hard grinding out bounties for. Maybe make it where you need to be at least rank 10 to buy one. I wouldn't even care if they costed me 200 Crucible Marks.
I understand that this may appear unfair for people who have worked their asses off for a shader in their faction, but think of it this way: You can buy all of the shaders for your guardian's factions that you still haven't received.
What are the downsides to having this system? Let me know below.

1 Replyif they did sell them, what would be the point of leveling up the factions? Like EVERYTHING in Destiny, its RNG. That's the way they want it and that how they will keep it. They think grind=re-playability, and for a little while they are right. I did it and so did a lot of others. It gets old after a while though

1 ReplyAfter finally receiving revenant last night i can say that they should be unlocked at certain levels. In the same way that eris morn's shaders are available but with these factions it should be 1 at level 20, 25, 30, and last one at 35. The ship however probably around 50 or so. All the while you should be able to STILL receive them via RNG packages from the postmaster no matter the rank. Big money big money, no whammy, no whammy! The only issue with this is after rank 50 what's the point? Grind my balls off for a package that has 233 glimmer and a sad hand job from the queen? They want us to grind for shit man, thats the point of the game! So as much sense as it makes to most of the community, to Bungie it makes very little.

Why doesn't her stock ever cycle? We may never know. But I do like having the option to adjust shaders for different sets of armor for aesthetic reasons.
