Tips for getting faction shaders
It might just be dumb luck but I just received two Dead Orbit shaders back to back when I did this before opening the packages:
1. Made sure all of my emblem slots were filled
2. Equipping a DO emblem
I finally received revenant and bittersteel back to back after doing this. I'm Rank 14 on my warlock and 18 on my hunter.
Don't know if it'll work for others but I figured I would post anyways. Happy hunting!
EDIT: just opened my third package since doing this method and received another bittersteel (rank 15 on warlock). So far this method has not failed at giving me shaders. Three levels, three shaders
