I'm gradually spending more and more time on Offtopic, and I keep seeing certain names pop up and then cop a lot of hate. Can someone PLEASE tell me who all the hated people in Offtopic are and why? Specifically, why is NoiselessPurse so hated? [b]Nobody ever answers me goddamnit[/b] Edit 1: Why does everyone just ask me 'what'? Am I just literally not making any sense?
