I think the player number are a lot lower than they are letting on. And have basically abandoned us for this game. Their focus is going to be new player year in and year out.

On one hand i would miss my fatebringer, black hammer etc,but on the other hand i would love to get into something new. If they want people to move away from old ascended weapons then they need to come up with with better things than dreamwaker, hygie nobliesse (or whatever its called!). Imo

If you don't like the game now, don't get the expansion. Everyone who says they are boycotting the game because of weapon balancing is either, just complaining and will buy the expansion anyway. Or happy that it's happening and will buy the explanation. You don't spend hours on the forums of a game you truly hate.
