So the Lizard Squad DDOS'er (the one that was interviewed) that had over fifty thousand charges of various cyber crimes is getting NO jail time. Really? What kind of precedent does this set for these kind of acts? How is this kid not being crucified?
He got a two year delayed sentence or something stupid like that with heavily monitored Internet activity. Is this common in Europe? No offense intended, but I've never heard of that happening for a crime like that, admittedly I don't really research to much into those crimes.
What do y'all think? Is this a justified sentence?
