So I have been an avid destiny fan and avid PvP for a long time and the Trials have been the new thing that keeps me interested in Destiny.
However, me and 5 others entered a Trials match which preceded to a 3-3 tie. Then all of the sudden we entered a long scoreboard load screen and the game reset itself back to 0-0. Yet we all had our super abilities. My team wins 3 in a row. So now this team that was tied with us no longer is and is down by 3. On top of that, no heavy ammo spawns.
The rest of the match was accompanied by extremely long load times with fear of being booted from the game. If bungee could just amp up their servers even just for the weekend so the game isn't dependent on internet connection. This bullshit is what leads people into lag switching.
Also, I am sorry to other team last night that should have been at a 3-3 tie with us. Perhaps we will meet again...

They probably reported you for cheating too, which is why it is so hard for Bungie to sift through the cheaters and people who just had a weird run of luck.

Thanks. You have found another reason for me to stay away from ToO. I thought Lag Switching and DDOS were the major ways to manipulate the game but a new low has been uncovered. Unfortunately, Bungie only wants you to report with their reporting tools. Make sure you don't name names, else, you will be banned for discrediting cheaters!

Why I haven't touched trials since the first week of it

Servers cannot be "amped." It's P2P and someone was most likely trying to manipulate their connection to have an advantage on you.

Someone on there side might have been trying to manipulate the host, this has happened to us.
