Destiny TTK Bundle Question.

I just bought a PS4 I am a day xbone player I don't think I will be able to wait to buy Destiny for the PS4. If I buy the TTK bundle with all the old DLC can I download that stuff today or do I have to wait till September?

I've read that you can download the dlc now but I dunno if you can get the copy of destiny now. Not sure on this just forum rumors
