Things we know about the New Patrol "Dreadnaught"
This is a list of things we know about the new patrol the "Dreadnaught". I will update this list as more info comes out and if the comments let me know something new.
-It is Oryx's massive "battleship" that he brought to our solar system.
-It is parked close to Saturn.
-It is where the next 6 man raid will be located.
-The raid will be located in the world, like VoG.
-It will be like the Vault of Glass in that it is mysterious, explorable, and has many hidden secrets/treasures that the community will have to "work together to figure things out".
-It is like a giant labrynth with many rooms and passages.
-It is as big as the Cosmodrome and/or Venus patrols.
-It will come with new types of patrols and bounties.
-Wormspore [i]might[/i] be the name of the new upgrade/planetary material.
-There will be new public events.
-You most likely won't be able to use your sparrow.
Side Note: Existing patrols will be updated with the taken and new patrols.

4 RepliesThe new first mission opening with some real action sounds exciting, hopefully they keep that up and make the story feel legitimately engaging this time. The idea of the Dreadnaught being almost like what other games would call a dungeon also sounds fun, and I'm actually interested by the fact that Smith confirmed the Dreadnaught raid is a part of the map the way the Vault was. That means there's possibility of going back later on in a future mission; I'd totally be up for moving the Vanguard onto the ship once you clear the Hive/Taken out(If Oryx is the source of their power they might die out after he's dead from a story standpoint), and using that to go assault the Cabal homeworld or something.
